Abstract
The victims’ group ‘Committee for the Investigation of Truth on Forced Conscription, Brainwashing, and Guidance Operations,’ which hosted the memorial event, proposed establishing a ‘National Violence Archive’ at the current site of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art to address state human rights violations.
