Abstract
The most comprehensive investigation to date into the sexual atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7 and during hostage captivity. Based on a uniquely constructed war crimes archive and a two-year independent investigation, the report concludes that Hamas and its collaborators systematically used sexual and gender-based violence as a central component of the attacks and captivity.
