Title
Secret Dossier Adds to Evidence of Chemical Weapons in Sudan
Abstract
The documents bolster allegations that the Sudanese military developed and used toxic bombs to gain an edge in the country’s devastating civil war.
Much of the dossier — nearly 150 documents, images, videos, and voice notes, as well as several thousand text messages — appears to come from the cellphones of senior Sudanese officers. It was provided on the condition that its source not be identified.
